not for this mod since ya been here Andre i got a report for one of your other mods 
Multi Splitter/MergerBalancer By Andre Aquila
"ATTENTION: In U7 it doesnt split equally and have an inventory."

Verfied in 1.0 dedicated balancer does not split equally too

Tests (1 in, 4 out)
Balancer: seams to start with one close to input, not equally
Splitter: Test 1: seams to output more closer it is to input
          Test 2: only Output at the port closet input and one to the furthest
              ..turned off those 2 refineries and then middle ones started conveying
          
Friend continuing expermenting with workarounds.
