Traveling between dimensions breaks the mod, no settings changed, no other mods installed
Have you tried turning off the LODs before coming back? I'm having similar issues with loading back into a multiplayer work, and turning it off, then back on when I log in fixes it.

Confirmed: Turning on DH only after joining fixes the issue consistently.

Update: Turning off LODS before joining a server, then turning them on after, seems to fix the issue, if only temporarily.

Yes. As in I explored these areas while the corrupted LODs were appearing, and they didn't save. The log is over 100 MB in size, so I can't send it here.

No. I tried disabling everything before. The mod itself works in Singleplayer, it's just the server that doesn't work.
