I dunno how many people look that closely at your butt, but you might be able to handsew the holes closed without it being visually obvious.

Ask your local tailor if they will do the measurements if you pay for their time. It is usually included in services, like a free quote, so if you offer to compensate they might be willing.

Yeah, but I'm still opening the links to check the sizing options and for links to send. I don't think he can afford $300 pants but at this point I think he just really wants to find a store he can get SOMETHING from that doesn't need a belt or tailor. I know those are valid options, and those are what he does now, but I also recognise how hurt he is that he can't find anything that fits as-is, like he isn't supposed to exist or something.
