Account suspended
Hi PUBG,
I started playing PUBG in Season 10 (2019) and really enjoyed the game. After buying a mid-range laptop, I tried playing PUBG on it to experience 90fps, but after two matches, I was kicked out. When I logged back in on my mobile, I saw my account was suspended until 2033 for violating rules. I think it was because I switched to an emulator from mobile.
I was disappointed and stopped playing for a year. After my friends encouraged me, I submitted a claim, but I didn't receive a response after 5 days. I’m asking if there’s anything PUBG can do to help with my account.

frame drops 3.4
Dear PUBG Developers,
I would like to bring to your attention a performance issue that I've been experiencing since update 3.4. After the update, I have noticed significant frame drops on two different devices—one with a 60fps display and the other with 120fps. While I understand that phone overheating can cause frame drops, this does not appear to be the case here. The frame drops occur during gameplay even when the devices are not overheating.
I am not the only one encountering this issue, as many other players have reported similar experiences. I kindly request that your team investigate and address this problem in a future update, as it significantly affects the overall gaming experience.
