I bought it from JB3D in the UK it was £90 and yes I could have done without that extra payout.

Hi Guys, just a little update I tried everything and still had no resolution so I bit the bullet and bought a new beacon! Plugged it in and boom all working perfectly, guess I was just unlucky to get a faulty one from RatRig. Thanks again for trying to help!
