I truly feel hopeless; it’s a really sad situation. Despite their countless mistakes, we are not treated with respect. We’ve invested so much money and time over these six years, only to be drained to the last drop. There’s no one to turn to for help, and the number of errors on their part is staggering. We receive no compensation for our losses. Yet, if I make even the slightest mistake, I’m banned for ten years. This game feels like a relentless cycle of injustice, and it’s heartbreaking to endure.
