Account Ban

I am writing to request a review of my account (ID: 51503640797), which was banned several months ago. I believe that this ban was wrongly imposed as I have never used cheats, hacks or violated the terms of service of the game. I have always played fair and enjoyed the game with my friends. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past 3-4 months, but have only received automated responses. This situation is very frustrating to me as I have invested a considerable amount of time and money in my account. I request to make a thorough check of my account and explain the reason for the ban. Also, I have done my investigation. I have reviewed my last matches before the ban and can come to the conclusion that there is nothing suspicious. Accuracy on all weapons is less than 25%, as well as hits in the head to 30%, in the body to 40% (more than 10 bullets), in the arms and legs to 22%, in the feet to 4% and in the hands to 6%. I'll add screenshots of this below. Also if we look at the matches, there we will see the match history of a typical As-Master. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension. If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit.
