That's what I thought. Nobody other than cyclists or maybe hikers would get wet to need the moisture-wicking.
I don't know if short sleeves would be ok though.

Really? Some have told me to get 2. Variety isn't a concern, so if I'm getting 2 they will probably be the same color.

I want to know what is the most basic and neutral top to wear in winter, just like the T-Shirt in summer. The winter where Iive is mild, so outerwear isn't needed. So, it has to be basic, I.e. neither too casual nor smart casual, and it has to be slightly warm. I know in the US it might be a hoodies/sweatshirt, but they are considered too casual where I live, so I thought of basic sweaters.
