Yeh your spot on .. I managed to work out the uncomenting but totally missed [extruder] sensor_type: PT1000 so thanks for that litte gem.

Hi and thanks for the interest note havent finished altering printer cfg for my RR3.1 400........FIXED not any physical problems at all just needed to finish printer cfg settings for toolboard and prob and everything is good to go GREAT👍

PT1000 thermistor EBB42
any update on this having exactly the same problem. Does anyone know the resistance values at room temp for the P1000?
