Well I got unlucky, don't know if you can notice on the pic but the right pairs split seam is off center(leans left) . Since I bought it off END they probably can't replace the pair so I'll get reimbursed(310€). Should I take the L and embrace the "quirk" or just send them back?

Im looking at the chocolate suede avignon model which goes for 460€ on their website and seeing as ill be getting a UK11 (tried another color at their store in my city) I doubt i'll be seeing 2nd hand pairs quickly. Thinking of just biting the bullet, it's probably already cheaper than what you americans pay.
