Brands that make high quality shoes available in EU?
So far I only had quite cheap Oxford shoes that fell apart really quickly. Are there any good brands available in EU at around 250€ - 350€?

Meermin
Paraboot, if purchased in the EU, can be around that price range sometimes (not sure if that fits your style tho)
seconding Meermin
definitely get your feet properly measured before you order tho, returning shoes isn't free with them

I don’t have personal experience but Morjas might be an option
Apparently Morjas used to have quite bad leather
could be it's improved recently but hard to say
I was thinking about Meermin but the first few results I found about them via Google were fairly negative
They make good shoes. People like to complain
They're honestly the best value for like under 400€ and nothing else in the 200-300€ price segment is very close.
The next step up in quality would be Carmina but their shoes are generally 400€+
Paraboot makes really high quality shoes, made in France
not a knock on meermin but there are a bunch of other shoe brands in the same price range in the EU that aren't readily available in the US
I read about a spanish brand called Berwick
there's also TLB Mallorca
not sure if brexit affects it, but in the UK you have brands such as loake and herring
i'm missing a bunch of other brands as well
Vass is above your price range right?
Same with Carmina?
I have a pair pair of Berwick loafers, they are very nice! But I also got them very cheap secondhand
There‘s also a french shoe company called Bobbies, their selection and quality is also quite good for ~200-300€; if they are on sale you can get them for 100-150€.
God making me jealous of EU shoe selection lol
I find it really hard to find info on the quality of these lesser known EU companies
where'd you find the info?

ah
will definitely keep an eye out for deals on Berwick and Bobbies, their stuff looks interesting
Heschung and Jacques Solovièr are a couple of other good french shoemakers that you might be able to find at that price
Heschung seems to be 500€+ but I guess second hand it might be available for 250-350
Oh I've definitely seen them come down to 300 ish on sale, but yeah 2nd hand is always a good shout
Heschung also recently changed hands
Yanko/skolyx, orban's, tlb Mallorca, carmina.
does anyone here have experience with Orban's?
Loakes are in your price range
Thanks everyone! I went with a pair from Meermin.
can you update us on which pair you got and the sizing?
will order a pair soon and don't want to deal with returns
Sizing will vary even from different lasts
And everyone's feet are different
I got this pair: https://meermin.com/products/101596-oak-antique-calf-e

Size will probably be different for you. And I don't know when I'll get mine due to the holidays so probably won't be able to report anything in the near future.
Then there's also Shoepassion which is alright and way easier to return/exchange than Meermin. And we also have Septieme Largeur and Velasca.
