Nozzle is hitting the layers (infill) at full speed. (V-Minion)
I am having weird issue and was wondering what mechanics or software is behind it.
When I am printing long rectangle in diagonal orientation after few layers (approx. 5mm height) nozzle start to hit the layers of infill and after another few layers its that bad that it actually starts to rip of the infill lines (cubic, line, rectilinear were tested).
When i slow down the printer to 75% everything starts to work absolutely great and even the ripped parts are repaired and print is finished without any issue.
PS: I was printing "IKEA Skadis T-Handle Hexkey holder"
Any thoughts what could be the issue here? I don't mind to set the printer for 75% of speed its still quite fast and prints are good, but just wondering out of curiosity.
Ill post some pictures tomorrow, since I forgot bad parts in office. 😄
