i can't seem to wrap my heads up around making good design
the themed color you picked on logo is dark green, then stick with that one on the main buttons, then your secondary color pick is light green as you did on pick as background. remove that red and purple colors, you will feel much neater. use black, white and grey to helpl a little bit the next. Just play around in that way, you will work it out.

Help me improve UX of this thing
Looks more like a survey system. Need a button with background green and white color on words to higher the visual contrast Also giving more padding top to make the sheet justifycontent and align center. Speaking about the UX, users are not sure if they have to finish all that 3 tasks to create the right tickets. Or they can click and get it either with or without input? To the select multiple options, I would suggest to make it as short as possbile, users Wont spend that much reading the entire sentence. Plus Why will users must buy tickets if they don't have? they can also walk away from it unless they have to. That's why they cannot skip the current process, which should to be clarified.
