Help me improve UX of this thing

I'm satisfited with UI (you may suggest something but its unlikely that I change it) I would like to improve UX in some points because it might not enough clear how user should select ticket The goal is to let user create new ticket or select existing one using dropdown

I'm expecting that you send image of how it might look like (screenshot with some drawings or figma screenshot would be nice)

the contrast of the button needs to be adjusted "describe issue" has to be a textarea, not a tiny input an input will lead to unreadable stuff, and yu won't be able to understand anything, and the visitor won't know anythig that was written then you have to ask follow-up questions instead of acting the elements are also very small: they need some padding to breathe and actually be possible to tap on them on a phone

After looking at the image, i am unsure of how to create a new ticket. It seems like you can update an existing one but then the submit button text would need to chage. Additionally with updating an existing one, it would probably be nice to have a history of what had happened with the ticket otherwise you're forcing the user to remember a previous state.

its not a bug or something its just not the right ui this is absolutely perfect for short messages but as soon as you have to add images and descriptions and maybe other type of content, it starts to fall apart

Like already mentioned, this does not feel like a ticket system at all. My main problem is the create ticket button though.. hardly readable and doesn't stand out as a button with the same background color as the rest.

Looks more like a survey system. Need a button with background green and white color on words to higher the visual contrast Also giving more padding top to make the sheet justifycontent and align center. Speaking about the UX, users are not sure if they have to finish all that 3 tasks to create the right tickets. Or they can click and get it either with or without input? To the select multiple options, I would suggest to make it as short as possbile, users Wont spend that much reading the entire sentence. Plus Why will users must buy tickets if they don't have? they can also walk away from it unless they have to. That's why they cannot skip the current process, which should to be clarified.
