Dear PUBGM Support service,
It's been 2 month since i got banned and i still have now idea why i got this severe penalty. You keep telling me to try logging in and if i can't login that mean that i have committed violation. However, I insist that i didn't violate one single rule. I even did not think once to use any cheats. I am not asking you to lift the ban even if i cheated or no, all i ask is to review the evidence i got banned for with some justice. You can't even imagine how i feel injustice and oppression. I don't doubt your system but something must be wrong. Please consider my request.
