Dear PUBG support.Ihave played this game since season 3 and my accooount is level 86 Ihave spent much time and money playing with my account and in 2024/8/30 I got banned 10 years although I did not violate one single rule. All i ask is to review again the evidence that I got banned for manually.if ihave violated any rule i would have accepted the penalty with open arms. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service . Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
Dear PUBGM Support service,
It's been 2 month since i got banned and i still have now idea why i got this severe penalty. You keep telling me to try logging in and if i can't login that mean that i have committed violation. However, I insist that i didn't violate one single rule. I even did not think once to use any cheats. I am not asking you to lift the ban even if i cheated or no, all i ask is to review the evidence i got banned for with some justice. You can't even imagine how i feel injustice and oppression. I don't doubt your system but something must be wrong. Please consider my request.
