I currently have a billing for last month that exceeds my plan, because I did not read the document about your pro plan carefully, which led to adding too many members to the team, resulting in the billing exceeding my payment level. Can you cancel or support me with the cost so that I can continue using the pro plan? Many Thanks

Regarding the issue of resource consumption, I have no information for this issue. Do you have any solution for me? If possible, can you support me with a pro plan so that I can continue to use it?
