Service support and plan payment

I am currently using your service called "grand-strength" with the Pro plan, but during use, the cost automatically increases. I do not understand why the cost increases and there is no email notification of the cost increase. And if the cost increases, it only increases in the Pro package by $20, but I do not know why the cost increases abnormally. I hope your team can support and explain to me. Railway's pricing is mostly usage based, so you're charged for the amount of resources your service is using. As your services are using resources, the final cost will increase Abnormal increases in cost could be due to increased traffic, memory leaks or perhaps a misconfiguration (like using a database over the public network). Although, it's highly dependant on your app itself and it's not an issue on Railway's side You might want to look at what resource is causing the abnormal cost incereases (egress, memory, cpu usage, disk usage) and from there you can narrow down what's causing the problem. For example, increased CPU usage after a new feature was implemented would mean that the new feature is likely computationally expensive and that it needs to be optimized.

So what about the auto-renewal issue in the pro plan? I still haven't been renewed in the pro plan, but the cost has increased unexpectedly and there is no notification email.

auto-renewal issue? your payment likely failed and then we stopped retrying. the cost increases because you used more resources, or added more seats.

it's always auto renew, make sure your card has sufficient funds, or that your bank is not blocking subscription type payments.

these credits will apply to future invoices, per our internal policies and for compliance obligations, I can't modify the cost on that invoice since it's already finalized.

No i'm sorry but we aren't able to cancel that bill due to its value, it would need to be paid, the credits will apply to future invoices so that you can recoup the costs that way.
