Danke für den Tipp. Ich hab mal gemessen: Bei 250°C laut Thermistor sind es 220°C außen an der Düse. Bei 280°C eingestellt sind es 260°C außen.
Ich habe jetzt auch mit dem Federstahldraht (1mm) das HE "gereinigt" - da hab ich freien Durchgang bis zur Düse (ich komme bis zur Düse ohne das der Draht irgendwo hängen bleibt)
Ich teste jetzt mal HIPS Filament (vorher war es ASA)

Another way (use at your own risk): heat up the hotend and take off the cooling Fan. Simultaneously push with some filament from the top.
