Make sure to include your numeric user identification and a video recording of the issue. If the issue still persists, please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance. You may also try to perform a routine repair of the game from the login menu and try to reset your password. Once, the issue is resolved, you should be able to log in through the phone number.:SCaa:

Once the cooldown period ends, please select the server that is nearest to your location or get back to your usual server. Please refrain from asking repeated questions, you can only change the server once the cooldown period ends. Your patience will be highly appreciated!

Please try changing to a different mode, perspective or you may consider playing with teammates up to platinum due to your low rank (Bronze). You cannot change the server again until the cooldown period ends. So, unfortunately the customer service cannot help you in this regard. Please be reminded to choose a server that is ideal for your location to avoid longer matchmaking time periods, potential latency issues etc. Thank you and Have a nice day!

Please refer to my previous response. You may also consider finding teammates from #activities or #pubg-mobile if you're in a solo queue. This might be helpful in less matchmaking time.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the matchmaking system as it is related to how many players are currently in the queue. If you are not able to find a match, I would recommend you to switch to a different game mode or map or try again at another time.

According to the team range rules, you cannot team up with your friends in Ranked mode due to low rank. Players without Team Range Requirements can team up with their friends in Unranked mode.

You will only be able to start creating maps if your WOW Creator application gets approved. Please refer to my previous response and try again to submit your application once you receive your rejection mail. About Invitation Codes: 1: Players with high creative potential will sometimes be sent official invitation codes. Please follow the official channels for more information on Creator recruitment. 2: Creators with outstanding creations will also sometimes be sent official invitation codes. You can ask creators that you know with spare invitation codes to send you an invite.

Hello, @Rahoz! If you have not received anything within 30 business days, it is safe to say that your application is not approved. There are several reasons by which your application can be rejected, some of the reasons are as follows: - You haven't met WoW creator requirements - Insufficient or False information attached in the application form, etc. Please be advised that the rejection mail does not have a precise date of getting sent via in-game mail. You can reapply again once you receive the rejection mail in-game. Should you require further assistance with this, please feel free to reach out to the in-game customer service.
