Am I able to change servers after changing servers this week?If I join someone who is on EU will I be on EU or my current server.

If you matchmake with any of your different server teammates, the rank will be only counted in your current server.

This is not an issue. You will get a rank reset when changing servers.

Meaning : Your usual server rank points cannot be transferred to the other server.

According to the team range rules, you cannot team up with your friends in Ranked mode due to low rank.
Players without Team Range Requirements can team up with their friends in Unranked mode.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the matchmaking system as it is related to how many players are currently in the queue.
If you are not able to find a match, I would recommend you to switch to a different game mode or map or try again at another time.

You may also consider finding teammates from #activities or #pubg-mobile if you're in a solo queue. This might be helpful in less matchmaking time.

Customer Service did not want to change my server either
Please try changing to a different mode, perspective or you may consider playing with teammates up to platinum due to your low rank (Bronze).
You cannot change the server again until the cooldown period ends. So, unfortunately the customer service cannot help you in this regard.
Please be reminded to choose a server that is ideal for your location to avoid longer matchmaking time periods, potential latency issues etc.

Try queing into squads, squads has a faster que time than solos
Matchmaking duration depends on how many players are currently playing on the specific game mode, map, team mode, perspective, server and platform. If you are unable to find a match, try switching to a different map or team mode.

Before changing to any server, you can ask about matchmaking duration in #pubg-mobile someone will probably suggest you what map or mode for every server. If you wanna play solo mode or fpp, krjp really not it unfortunately :catok:
