Tailoring Options/Recommendations for oversized sleeve
It seems to be a straightforward exercise for a tailor. Remove the cuff, cut about an inch of the sleeves and reattach the cuff.
The sleeve placket will be a little shorter but will not be an issue in wearing at all.

When Do You Buy Clothes for the Season? - Topic of the day 9/11/24
I don't buy for the season. I just unpack.
I get clothing made for me that fit my body and my style. Add more as needed.
Only time when the cycle changes is when my body weight changes.
