Tailoring Options/Recommendations for oversized sleeve

I recently picked up a UES tricotine shirt that is sized right for my chest & shoulders but is too long on the sleeve and am wondering what tailoring options (if any) would best help me. I don't know if it's straightforward to shorten a sleeve like this, unless they can do it from the shoulder. I've also thought about getting the button taken in so the sleeve is a bit tighter and "stacks" the way a denim shirt/jacket would. So far I've been rolling the sleeve but it's not my favorite on a shirt this thick.

that doesn't look too long to me, and don't tighten the sleeves they fit

my mental image of a ues shirt was the sleeves run a little long in most cases it's easier to shorten the sleeve from the cuff end; a tailor might be able to take off and move the original cuff up but i'm not sure how much time or money that would entail

Hmm maybe I just need to adjust to it then? The sleeve goes it to about the first joint of my thumb which feels oversized for a shirt but perhaps it's just due to the fabric still being stiff? It's my first from them but I guess happy to find a Japanese brand where the sleeve feels long vs a bit short on me. If you two both think it's fine then I'll give it some time and see if I get used to it

The sleeve looks like a normal shirt sleeve to me. Wouldn’t do anything to it

It seems to be a straightforward exercise for a tailor. Remove the cuff, cut about an inch of the sleeves and reattach the cuff. The sleeve placket will be a little shorter but will not be an issue in wearing at all.
