This pile of garbage assumes the sagnac effect is earth rotation without measuring it in the first place, and then reproduces the sagnac effect to affirm the assumption of earth’s rotation. If sagnac is earth rotation then we will be able to measure it in high fidelity. We measured sagnac with high fidelity therefore sagnac is earth rotation.

What exactly would be the primary cause of things appearing to be under the horizon?

let me ask you something. if earth is curving at 8” per mile squared, what the hell is happening with the wind turbines peeking over the hump of water? how small do you think earth is based on this? obviously there is something else going on that’s not earth curvature. you should take a look at the video that shows these things moving. there is some extreme optical distortions going on that stretch and pull the limbs of the wind mills as they turn. the people who presented this image to you, cherry picked a frame that does not depict this as much as the entire video does. so much more to say but i want you to critically think about this
