What exactly would be the primary cause of things appearing to be under the horizon?

Angular resolution? Perspective? Refraction? Thing's disappearing bottom up on a flat plane don't quite make sense to be, so if possible I'd like to receive sources for any claims as to why this happens. Thank you in advance 🤝

they dont the water isnt formed into a hill like that

I don't claim a primary cause, people arguing for the globe do. Yet they have no supporting evidence for their claim.

let me ask you something. if earth is curving at 8” per mile squared, what the hell is happening with the wind turbines peeking over the hump of water? how small do you think earth is based on this? obviously there is something else going on that’s not earth curvature. you should take a look at the video that shows these things moving. there is some extreme optical distortions going on that stretch and pull the limbs of the wind mills as they turn. the people who presented this image to you, cherry picked a frame that does not depict this as much as the entire video does. so much more to say but i want you to critically think about this

The primary cause of things appearing to be under the horizon is because of perspective convergence. The screenshot from a video with wind farms peaking over the horizon clearly show atmospheric distortion. You can clearly see that the blades of windmills at the back appear larger than the ones in the front.

Proof that bottom up obstruction happens on flat surfaces. That’s all ya need

Objects disappear bottom up due to the angular resolution limit of the human eye. Wiki page excerpt on angular resolution: "Angular resolution describes the ability of any image-forming device such as an optical or radio telescope, a microscope, a camera, or an eye, to distinguish small details of an object, thereby making it a major determinant of image resolution. ...Resolving power is the ability of an imaging device to separate (i.e., to see as distinct) points of an object that are located at a small angular distance or it is the power of an optical instrument to separate far away objects, that are close together, into individual images." The reason objects appear to be "going behind a curve" is nothing more than your eye being unable to fully distinguish an object from the ground. So as the object starts to move farther away, the object and the ground begin to optically merge together until finally the object is completely hidden from view. It is nothing more than the result of perspective.
Resources: Small scale experiment showing how angular resolution makes objects look like as if they are vanishing bottom up. Upon zooming in with the camera, he is able bring the test object back into view because the camera's aperture increases in size(width). This allows for more light to enter the camera thus increasing the angular resolution limit of the camera. More light means greater resolving power. https://youtu.be/rXqI_XTva4Q Boats being brought back into view with a camera despite the boats allegedly disappearing bottom up due to curvature. https://youtu.be/N1QXFnv-_8c An in-depth 6 part video series explaining how angular resolution works. Nothing is going "under the horizon" and the image you posted is an optical effect as shown by the fact a windmill that is farther away , instead of appearing lower and smaller appears higher and bigger,
