I am by far no expert in 3d printing I settle a lot for "good enough" and if I need better, I sand / wood putty fill, prime and paint

another possibility is drag on the filament due to ptfe routing

it depends, I've seen bad first layers fuck up infill which then fuck up top layers. over all your parts look good, just a few small indicators of problems that could come from quite a few different areas.

inconsistent filament diameter, could be the teeth on the oribiter 2.0 vs 2.5, etc

if you are looking for a super uniform top layer, ironing is your best friend

Honestly, all of those photos appear to have slightly too high flow. This is typically why you get wavy patterns in different parts of your print.

Question: IDEX machine, but printing with just T0, PrusaSlicer 2.9.0 Is that going to be an issue with allow_unsupported_slicer_versions and bypass_post_processing?

kk, those ratos-variables.cfg are from after step 8 of your instructions, while the printer.cfg data is from step 6. Should I rerun CALCULATE_DC_ENDSTOP again?

the heavy duty bearings are a massive improvement, vaoc was crazy tight dialed in swapping between toolheads
