So it appears that this is a known issue.
klipperscreen uses mpv which does not have webrtc support

Ok, after a bit of digging, I found that the URL needed to be updated.
?action=stream replace with webrtc in order to select the service WebRTC (camera-streamer) that solved my latency issue in the WebUI, however klipperscreen is absolutely terrible for latency still. More digging to do5 replies
