as soon as I remove the # from the pid tuning, it won't connect

so I added spaces before 200,200,20 #400mm printer
that made it work.
Now I'm getting:
Printer is not ready
The klippy host software is attempting to connect. Please
retry in a few moments.

I hear belt slap when it's doing 55-62hz upper and 53-59hz on lower is this normal?
