That normally happens because of network issues (check your moonraker.log). Refresh the update manager again.

The fact that it's random makes it seem like a filesystem corruption issue, what pi and sd card are you running this on?

The fact that your top spacer is too short probably means you've used the longer one where the short one should've gone. Or it's just all switched up, i hope that's not the case 😂
