Probably a unpopular idea, but you might help increase diversity by eliminating highlights, which presents as a showcase of “best fits” to aspire to, when it’s actually closer to “popular fits” for different reasons

no I'm saying the current EK cuts are not really cropped unless you're pretty tall. The elastic pants used to be but are longer now.
