2FA support ticket response
How long does it take for CF to respond to a 2FA support query, ive verified the metas on the domains nearly 5 days ago and responded to the ticket yet no response as of yet. Ticket 01037998

unable to disable 2FA
Hello, ive mentioned this before, we had a member of staff leave but now we cannot login to the account because of the 2FA which was on the staffs phone, how do we disable this?

Hello, Just logged into an account that our client has shared with us, few issues...
1. we get this error... Could not route to /accounts/null/billing/history, perhaps your object identifier is invalid? (Code: 7003)
2. we cannot see any of the domain names, despite being given admin access. to all domains
3. we tested creating a domain and the cf nameservers were different to all other domains, which i though accounts usually have the same ns on the same account.

is there any easy way of finding all sites which have APO enabled, without having to work through each account? Billing states we have 3 active but with a massive portolio it doesnt reference which sites this is enabled on!

2FA (lost for Admin account) - what is the procedure and how long does it take?
Hello,
Can someone give me a break down based on their experience on if a user was to loose access to the admin account, 2FA and associated device, with the Free CF account. What happens then?
What is the procedure for reporting this, what questions are asked by CF to regain access (we do have access to the email account just not 2FA or backup codes), and how long for a response, and how long will the process take?
