Hello, Just logged into an account that our client has shared with us, few issues...

1. we get this error... Could not route to /accounts/null/billing/history, perhaps your object identifier is invalid? (Code: 7003) 2. we cannot see any of the domain names, despite being given admin access. to all domains 3. we tested creating a domain and the cf nameservers were different to all other domains, which i though accounts usually have the same ns on the same account.

Sounds like to me you were either not given full admin access to everything on the account or you're using the wrong account.

There's no guarantee but they should be the same unless there's a conflict or you tried to preset them at the registrar, could be that you're not using the account you think you are
