V-Core 3.1 commissioning
I’m in the process of commissioning my V-Core 3.1- 400, I have an acceptable bed mesh and a serviceable first layer calibration.
I’m currently in the process for sorting out the parts cooling fan. The issues I’m having with the fan is as follows:
When I first powered up the printer the Fan would energize at 100% on startup despite the console indicating it was at 0%.
By sliding the percentage to 100% the fan would turn off. (How do I fix this?)
After several firmware restarts while adjusting various other printer components the fan stopped working all together, I believe it’s possibly toast.
I have ordered a new fan but I would like to continue trouble shooting the issue, I have the jumper set to 12v for the red and black wires and the blue wire jumper is set to 24v. I have not changed any parameters in the config file in regards to the cooling fan. I have a 12v 4010 fan I would like to temporarily use to bench test on the printer MCU configuration before I dig into the tool head wire loom and permanently install a new 4028. (Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated)
I’m running an BTT Octopus V1.1 MCU.
