I have 3 wardrobes and a shoe rack. They were just here when I arrived. I use a very small subset of all 3.
All my stuff except for jackets and a few shoes fits into a 4 by 4 Kallax, which is just small enough not to overwhelm me. Jackets I keep on two half racks. Some shoes are in the hall in a shoe rack, but only like 3 pairs.
The hanger thing I’ve found to be very practical for planning outfits.
I suppose for a “fashion guy” my wardrobe is still pretty small-ish, and I’m happy about that.
I swap out my sweaters for summer specifics around Easter each year and swap back sometime in October.
much of my closet space is shared, either with mr zeo, our linens/important documents, or stuff to be donated but here it is
the first closet extends about a foot which is enough space for tailoring; i have an under-bed container for summer stuff but that's all i've got

curent situation is not ideal, once I have moved I will propably reorganize.
Thinking about putting my bed on stilts and transforming the entire under-the-bed area into my wardrobe once I have moved.

I redid my closet in the last 2 months and it is an unquestionably massive upgrade

anyways I ALSO added hooks which really improved things
I FINALLY got rid of the toilet so I have oodles of free space
I got an orange artemide teti lightbulb delivered today, that's the next thing getting installed in there
I'm gonna install some of the more ridiculous art in there, it's gonna be good
I'm gonna try to redo my other two usable closets next year with fun shit and make sure to maximize my storage
but it also helped me collapse some of my sprawling (to me) wardrobe and reduce further
I'm down to 65 things, excluding boxers and socks. I aim to get it even lower by the end of next year and also inventory my boxers and socks (the latter should be easy since 100% of them are Darn Tough Tactical and have product codes on them)

I'm scattered across three closets, but only one is truly dedicated to clothes. We've got the Winter jacket area, the workwear area, and the core wardrobe closet.

dresser for basics/homewear/activewear, clothing rack for my current rotation/decorating, and everything else in the walk-in
Dress pants and chinos in the closet hanging with buttons down shirts and jackets, sweaters up top, shoes on the bottom, bike stuff scattered around

Most of my wardrobe goes here. Coats and jackets live in the coat closet downstairs, sweaters/knits are folded in a dresser drawer.
