Did you tighten your rails from one side to the other?
First slide the Scale z-max all to the right. then we can troubleshoiot andgive us the full image like you did in the first without rotating the camera.
ran it a few more times and yeah the rail weas tightened from one side to the other
There is some fishining going on as no point in your bed is near the flat plane.
I assume its because you did, z tilt then again Z then bed mesh
Or vice versa, can you go through
But from thje looks of it, you need to push your back left corner down just a bit.
