homing x axis homes y axis and visa versa

I just got my vcore 3.1 500 assembled and tried to home...ran into a bunch of problems, motors moving in the opposite direction than expected, that was easy to sort out. Where I'm at now is homing x axis moves the y axis and of course it fails because the x endstop is never triggered and this is true for y homing as well. I double checked the belt routing and it is consistent with the Dozuki build guide, https://ratrig.dozuki.com/Guide/05.+CoreXY+Motor+Assemblies/138?lang=en, double checked to make sure I have the steppers plugged into the right sockets on the octopus pro board consistent with the ratos wiring guide, https://os.ratrig.com/docs/boards/btt/octopus-pro-446/

did you accidentally switch the wires for the left and right motors? and your motors move in the correct direction now right? remember that when you look at the back of your printer, the left motor is actually on the right 😉

if you manually move the printhead via the mainsail interface, it does move in the correct directions? you can do this moving the printhead in the center of the bed and pressing the set_kinematic_center, which allows you to controll the movement without homing first

yup, with so many combinations it is just the easiest way to sort what needs to change
