No bridging is possible
I am having troubles to get any bridge done on my V3. I have Rapido with Orbiter and SANYO DENKI 4028 Axial Fan - 9GAX0412P3S001 . I tried to play with the bridge speeds, fan speeds and other settings but without any resolution. I tried also to use prusa slicer as well as super slicer, tried even default profiles etc but without any improvement. I am attaching an exported super slicer project as well as a video. Any help would be greatly appreciated

cooling and speed problems
but can you help me a bit with it? I did try to increase the fan and then it was blowing the extruder filament away. You could see the filament flopping. I also tried to move faster on bridges but did not see changes
slow down and turn ur part cooling fan up
also check ur nozzle temp. to hot can cause sagg
nozzle temp for petg I have it to 240 and I use prusament filament
may i ask why u have the fan set at such high speed if ure printing petg? also ur fan speed is hight while normal printing, than bridges.
15% fan is enough for petg. 40%at bridge
ok
will change it to 15% and bridge at 40
what about the moving speed? 🙂
try 40mm/s for starters. get that to work then u can laborate with speed
ok
will try it and post result
your fan speed decrease...WHY?
try prusaslicer or OrcaSlicer
I did try prusaslicer also with the default settings and I have the same result
read the settings. fan layer time goal 4 sec, why? and why 100%?
well, default was 10 seconds and 100%
guessed that the default profile should have some reference in it
still, its going at 100% at normal printing. so changed the setting so its going at lower speeds. and slowing down at the bridges
are you sure you are using a 0.4mm nozzle? there is an awful lot of filament coming out during those bridges
I use 0.6 nozzle
you are using a wrong slicer profile for sure then, since you are using 0.4mm extrusion widths, those will mess with allot of stuff
a 0.6mm nozzle will provide too less back pressure to properly bridge with a 0.4 profile, the filament will flow much too easy, as seen in the video
you should get a 0.6mm profile or modify a 0.4 to a 0.6, including correct extrusion widths etc
or go back to a 0.4 nozzle
