Trouble connecting to mainsail on mobile
Hi all, as the title says for some reason I can almost never connect to mainsail on my phones browser. I have no issues at all connecting via any computer be it my laptop or desktop. Am I missing something to connect on my phone?

is your phone on the same network as the printer?
Yeah they are both on my home wifi.
then you should be able to connect. Are you sure they are on the same network? What is the IP address of your phone and the pi?
I'll check when I get home. What's weird is I can connect sometimes. I notice it works when I try within a couple minutes of the printer turning on. If I miss that window it won't connect. My computers have no problem connecting at any point to it. Maybe related to some settings on my phone/browser?
Do you perhasps use any VPN or a DNS spoof software on your phone, if not, just ignore... but have seen challanges even while not connected to VPN that the DNS does not reset on the phone and sometimes creates a simular problem.
I don't, I do have a mesh network setup which might cause some issues? It was working for me last night on my phone it just seems a lot less reliable than on my computers
I think you are on to something with the DNS not resetting properly on the phone. If I turn wifi off then back on it works everytime
What do you use to connect to the Printer, IP address or local DNS name (so for eg, 192.168..... or ratos.local....)?

Try your ip Pi's address directly for a while and see if you face the same
