Leadscrews ratrig 3.1 kit 500³
I recently got my ratrig kit, it arrived with a scarred bed on the underside (luckly) and with bent leadscrews straight from ratrig, one of them is bent in all different directions but just a little so its fine, but the rest of them is extremly bent and i would say unusable....
they were packed tightly in the 3030 extrusions i carefully slid them out and unpacked, then checked for the straightnes using the rolling on a flat surface technique.
How can ratrig send such bent leadscrews?! Should i contact support right away? Is it even worth it? They might send a replacement but badly packaged and it might get bent again during shipping. What should i do?

I am not sure why this is even a question. Of course you should contact them immediately. Your only other option is to self source them, but even still, you should contact support and let them know.
They look straight in the video. And with the new decouplers whatever little play they have won't be a problem

As blacksmith says, I doubt with Oldham couplers it will make any difference. Bends don’t look too bad in the video, but maybe they’re worse in person.
thanks for the info
im going to first try to use them, if i get any z banding or z issues im switching to ballscrews
