Issue with bed leveling

I'm running into issues where I'll print something large and in one corner it prints fine but the other the nozzle gets way to close, I run a true bed level before every print but not sure how to fix this

what does the z-tilt adjust say in terms of variance and what is your set tolerance? Furter have you set your first layer properly with for example a pice of paper? also you have a total variance of about 0.4mm in your shown bedmesh which is way to high. That goes hand in hand of what your saying with the nozzle beeing to close in one corner. I would say a total variance which is acceptable for me is 0.1mm. You must always remeber your first layer is in fact only 0.2mm thick- if it´s set to this value. You should try and search why your bed is so of. Have you properly glued that magnetic pad to the plate with no bubbles or anythin underneath? If everything is fine you can try with capton tape to compensate those blue areas which are to low. Try that and aim for a variance of <=0.1mm

Next time please start your own post instead of hijacking someone else's. But yes 2 loops is fine

I worries, the #fix-my-print #fix-my-printer and #ratos-support are all "forum" channels so to make it easier to search for similar issues

good news. If you want do dial in your bedmesh even more you can use capton tape to compensate for different spots on your bed. I think there is also a video on youtube about that

What did you adjust in your frame? I have been battling this issue for a bit and mine is seemingly slowly getting worse over time.

I used a 3d printed micro adjuster, I know I got the file here in the discord but essentially it just let's you adjust your frame height to better level your bed

Could you elaborate on this device? will it work with v-core 3.1? i spent a fair amount of time getting everything into right angle alignment. what do these devices do?

this connects to the frame and lets you lift the frame legs to better adjust so the top rectangle of the frame is more level. you can turn the screw for more micro adjustments. And yes it works on 3.1 thats what I am using. if your mesh already looks good then you don't need this, mainly just helps reduce the need for bed level assist
