this update got my pc lagging, the fps keeps dropping and it dont usually be like this.

i was normally playong compet then the game did a van idk what number than it closed, i entred again and this appeared same as the photo, then i got banned for like 30h that wasn't my fault ig?

freezing
i keep freezing for 6 seconds plus and i get this when it unfreezes its mainly because my pc is bad but it's only started haplening recently
Way too high mmr after not playing for 3 years. ANY SOLUTION ?
Yo guys, i stopped playing 3 years ago after few weeks of ranked. I peaked radiant it was quite "easy" for an imo player at this time, no top 500 thing. But now i'm queued with immortals even if I didn't play for such a long time. They are obviously way better than before and I didn't touch any tactial shooters for YEARS. Is there any solution ? I'll litteraly go 0-13 until i reach plat if i'm forced to play at this rank atm and probably get banned.
