i got falsely permanently banned
then they wont unban me after i didnt even play well i headshot someone then im banned

well thats not how it works mate. either you cheated and it got detected, you were unfairly/wrongly using a 3rd party software or you had a 3rd party software runnning while playing valorant that it detected and wrongfully ban you.
even if you were wrongfully banned you probably wont be unbanned
