"Connected Timed Out (getsockopt)" Friend cant join my port forwarded server

I created a minecraft server yesterday on my Raspberry Pi 5 and it works for me and my friend to join but it does not let my other friend join as he gets the error "Connected Timed Out (getsockopt)" anyone know how to solve this?

does anyone here know minecraft plugins? basically i paid a guy to make a plugin and he did but there was one tiny bug but he didnt fix it does anyone here know how to and update the version? i have all the src stuff. okay so like in the plugin the player gets custom items that have powers (relics) so this one item called the ice relic has a power to shoot a shard that does 1-2 hearts right and also freezes the player but the problem is that it goes through the totem and the original coder didnt change the numerical value of one thing which was in the speed relic its supposed to take away -3 attack damage so you could still hit people but in total you cant hit people at all and theres a tiny bug where theres a reroll item but theres a chance for you to get the same thing you had before the reroll that chance should be 0...

Server Lag - Spark Profiler

severe lag spikes w/ FTB Evolution

Looking for a patch for the "Mace Exploit"

I am looking for a patch for the exploit featured in most 1.21+ hacked clients that allows the mace to deal significantly more damage by sending modified packets. In vanilla servers and worlds, this exploit can deal up to 45 damage. But, in Paper/Spigot servers it can ONESHOT players, dealing up to 285 damage if my calculation was correct (it also breaks armor in 4~ hits). I have tried looking for a patch already but there was none i could find.

Any anticheat with any remotely decent movement checks will have this flag

Port forwarding failing on itzg docker minecraft server

I have successfully ran a previous server on this machine using the same exact method. But this time the server refuses to open port 25565. I'm completely stumped why because I know that I have correctly port forwarded on my router (as due I have successfully ran a previous server on this machine before)

Looking for Inventory Plugin

Is there a plugin that allows me to configure what items are kept on death and which ones are not? Not requiered, but I would also like it to overide that and drop all items if the death was caused by another player. If anyone knows of a plugin like this, please let me know. I am running a small Paper server on Minecraft version 1.21.1.

Startup batch file doesn't start server if it includes

My startup batch file (java -jar server_1.20.6.jar --nogui) starts the server normally. The server works fine but when the -xmx and -xms lines are added to limit ram usage the batch file closes on itself without anything of note. What am I doing wrong? Each method i tried of hosting a server from a yt video didnt work but the offical mc documentation allowed me to run it no problem without the Xmx and Xms line.

Do we still hate Shockbyte? If so, what is a better option for equal or less cost?

I am running an SMP crossplay server with 6GB RAM and one dedicated IP (Java), and I am paying $20/mo. I run Paper 1.21.4 and use Multiverse to have a few different worlds, Towny, Skyblock, etc. I run about 80 plugins. The customer service is terrible, it's almost like an AI that doesn't speak English and responds by matching keywords to some kind of generic manual. Solution:

Found it! It was leturmemoryrest.. This Plugin affects Chunkloading and probably entity behavior (blocks dropoed at explosions) I removed the plugin and will take a deeper look into it to fix this 🙂...
