Black Screen Possibly?

Whenever I launch the game, the game menu is very very very far away and I can interact with the menu but I cannot see if I am loading up a match or doing something else like clicking on the settings. Is this a bug and will it be fixable?

Community server hosting is whitelist-based and we currently have way too many servers for the amount of players so the applications are closed for a while. It's unclear when they will open again.

Hello I'm having problems with the game, at the moment of being in game the screen lags excessively that you can't play very well, I like the game but it's annoying to play that way that the screen sticks every so often 15 seconds or more, I point at a player and it hangs for a few seconds, I tried to see the FPS and it's drops from FPS 200 to 6 fps and that's how it is all the time. i have suddenly high ping in asian server.

basically yesturday, i had 100ms ping at 7pm but after 9 pm till now, it shows more than 419ms ping on asian server, and i cant play european even if it shows 130-40ms ping, its actually above 450ms.

400сек респавн и отключающийся инпут

Играю на 100гц сервере с официальным прогрессом. Иногда при выполнение условия челленджа отключается управление, исчезает интерфейс, отключаются звуки. При попытке респавна 400сек за суицыд??? Но иногда 400сек респавна и после обычной смерти. Это балуется админ этого сервера или анти-чит или читеры? В последний раз случилось вот это (смотрите скрин)

я даже не знаю как правильно описать свою проблему, в общем при покупке игры пинг был нормальный и играбельный и меня не кикало с европейских серверов, сейчас же в главном меню при выборе сервера пишется один пинг, а в игре выдает задержку в 200+ МС.

EAC and FPS

EAC словно не работает вовсе или работает не правильно, тк при запуске exe файла без античита фпс нормализуется, а при запуске обычной версии с античитом у меня даже в меню 15 фпс проц i3 12100f видеокарта rtx 3050 проблема не в пк, а в античите, который не правильно или вовсе не устанавливает игра, а при попытке зайти на официальный сайт античита выдается ошибка 404...

Black screen forever

I died, and then tried to respawn. Right as I was about to finish, the "Victory" screen popped up for half a second, and then I finished the quick respawn. After that, everything became dark and my screen went black. A minute or 2 went by, and my screen was still completely black, even while I was in another game. Don't know if this is a rare thing that happened to me specifically, or if I'm the only person to catch and report this....

Solution:

known bug that is going to be fixed with upcoming update, usually occurs because of connection instability (packet loss)

Infinite "Attempting to Join Server" after a crash

I was playing a game for the first time today and I loved it, I played around 2 games with completely no problems, 60fps, nice ping etc. But then suddenly the game froze and crashed. Now I can't join any server and I've already did everything in FAQ to check if I did anything wrong, firewall is fine too. I saw that it's a problem that keeps happening with no solution too, on the steam forums. There's a crash and then you can't join any server besides the gun range.

Freezing 3-5 Seconds 15 minutes into gameplay then it stops

Hey so i just got the game and i fell in love with it, the only issue i'm having is when i start it up for the first let's say 10-15 minutes into online gameplay it sometimes freezes for like 3-5 seconds, i know it's not my specs i'm running a 3060 RTX and a Ryzen 7 6800 with 16gigs of ram and it's on an SSD Any fixes reccomendations?...

Connection issue

Hello, I'm trying to play on EU-servers, but I can't. In the lobby ping is about 140, but when I'm joining in a match, ping is about 280. I play i little bit and game kicking me out of the match

Timeout

I keep timing out from every server I play on. I have good Internet and my ping on the server is always on a steady 32, and the game runs good for a bit, but out of no where everyone else freezes/running on one spot and I get timed out from the server.

Where are the crash reports actually generated?

The file directory given in the AppData\LocalLow\BattleBitDevTeam\BattleBit\Player .log file doesn't exist. I've been suffering from frequent crashes on a stable system that runs plenty of other demanding games just fine, and I can't find the crash reports in the file directory given, or the Temp file directory at all when sorting through it by creation date. The game is pretty much unplayable when I'm lucky to get more than an hour or two without a crash, if I don't do so within the first 15 mi...

Solution:

you won't find crash report in mentioned folder due to an issue on unity crash handler's side, if crash wasn't captured by it you'll find crash dumps in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps folder named something like BattleBit.exe.12345.dmp if you want for us to look at your crash log/dumps, you can go here, press "Download raw file", run the batch script and send BattleBit Logs.zip from your desktop to @Modmail...
