Why does my smoke grenades never work?
Whenever I throw a smoke grenade or use the smoke grenade launcher, the enemies always know exactly where I am even when I don't shoot/don't have muzzle flash. I can't even see anything past the smoke but they headshot me constantly, I don't think they're hacking at all. No matter how many smoke grenades I threw, they can always see straight through them but I can't.

I've been having this problem since the game came out and I see few people complaining, it seems like they haven't fixed it since almost no one talks about it
