claymore wont count as kill

its simple: i place claymore, enemy walks over it, dies, no kill (it maybe somehow counts as enemy shooting gadget and dying by himself??) and i know someone walked over it i literally planted all 4 claymores around camping sniper and he just blew up without anything...

Unable to connect to server Master

Hi, Firstly i love this game, My best friend and i have been playing this game since 3 months ago. Ive been experiencing this ' connecting to server master ' however my best friend who is in vietnam doesnt have this problem. i live and currently playing from thailand, ive spent a week trying to find a solution to fix this game from a bunch of youtubers and nothing seems to work. Im at a point of quiting this game because i keep dealing with constant ' CONNECTING TO INFINITE SERVER MASTER ' ...

What is going on with Support pack DLC 1

Where are the skins marked with a blue circle? I understand theres a version of them but its not the same on the DLC store page? Is that not false advertising? "The Pack does also features Content for non- released content already! It will unlock once the Items go public." But these weapons are public so where are the skins advertised? What happened to the skins marked with a red circle? especially the MP7 skin?

Claymore kills don't count

I'm going through a week-long challenge and I can't complete the task "2 kills with Claymore" and "4 kills with rangefinder". Claymore kills will not be counted at all, although enemies were blown up on my claymores in front of my eyes. Also with the rangefinder, I tried to use it at different distances, but the kills still didn't count

losing items and levels

I was offline for a couple of months but when i came back all of my skins i earned from drops were gone and i went back 10 levels anyone know why? I bought it in 11 of july 2023 so after EA.

My game is not running smoothly

can someone help me? i have a problem my game "lags" a lot, the gameplay isnt smooth even tho i have very good pc, i noticed this happens when there is settings change, most recently i pressed V and the setting with opt-in showed, since then i have this problem, btw its not the internet i know for sure

My progress rolled back

I just completed pp19 challenge and leveled up to 199 from 198. The server changed the map and I got disconnected. Now I am level 198 again and my pp19 challenge is still not completed. I lost like an hour of my life on this, so disappointing.

hi , i hve been get "make sure you have installed EasyAntiCheat" error in Main Menu but its already solved. since that i got high ping in 400++ ms. i already check my speedtest and etc , everything just normal. anyone can help me out ?

Game not launching from steam (SOLVED)

Recently have come back to this game after few months of not playing, however when i try to launch the game it says "running" then stops. This has also happened to 2 other games Insurgency Sandstorm, and Total War: Shogun 2. Here is a list of fixes i have tried so far: -Restarting PC -Verifying game files -Running as admin -Running in compatibility mode...

I really love this weapon, and I saw that there is a very beautiful skin there. How can I get this skin? Having gained prestige or do I need to buy some DLC?

it was a limited edition, there was few ways to receive it (one of them is from Klean content creator), but now you unfortunately can't

I suddenly lost my supporter package (1) Items

@Modmail I booted up the dag today and noticed that I lost access to my supporter package items. The last time I played I still had them, but when I logged on today, They were unequipped and I lost access to them. I don't know if this is a server and account issue. I also don't know if this has anything to do with Steam or not.

Solution:

OK now I regained access again when I rebooted the game somehow. But I do have to re-equip everything, still a bit annoying...
