game progression rolled back

i was playing and i remember reaching lvl 55 unlocking groza and the smoke launcher. i went for a break to go eat and i looked in my soldier inventory and noticed my scar H only had 10 kills which i found odd because i havent seen it higher but i also felt like i had alot more kills with it which i can ''confirm'' by my weekly challenges also being rolled back. i remember 7 pistol kills vividly and somewhere around 80~ kills with engineer while also having 60~ done with battle rifle. now seeing on the challenge list i have fewer numbers done. i really felt like i was tripping but i can positively say, when i hit lvl 55 and got the grenade launcher that confirmed for me that my progression got rolled back....

problem changing key bindings

When I change my key bindings, I left click on the key I need to change and it takes the mouse click as an input. How else am I supposed to choose the key I want to change?

Solution:

do you have a controller or any other HID devices plugged into your PC (besides the mouse and keyboard) controllers, wheels, joysticks may cause issues with inputs...

Game is broadcasting voice on open mic without permission

I have not selected opt-in voice chat, i have not selected death mic, all VOIP volumes are set to 0, mic volume is set to 0, my mic is set to a fake mic that does not record my voice, and i have unbound all push to talk keys, yet when i speak out loud without touching any keys my teammates still respond, and having asked them to perform a specific action to show they can hear me, they do

No Engi Kill Counter?

I am doing the 200 Engi Kill Count quest for the global weekly quest system, and the current setup I am using isnt interferring with any other quest, but the counter wont go up. How do I fix it?

I accidentally messed my resolution up

Why does my smoke grenades never work?

Whenever I throw a smoke grenade or use the smoke grenade launcher, the enemies always know exactly where I am even when I don't shoot/don't have muzzle flash. I can't even see anything past the smoke but they headshot me constantly, I don't think they're hacking at all. No matter how many smoke grenades I threw, they can always see straight through them but I can't.

Audio keeps lowering itself?

In my settings in the "App volume and device preferences" (windows) 10 the battlebit audio keeps turning itself down, I dont know if its from the game or not but I've also tried turing the volume up in the game but had no effect. I really hope someone here can help me fix this or figure out if there is a solution because I cant play correctly if I cant hear very well . . ....

I was playing fine yesterday 5/3/2024 then randomly I would get kicked saying to make sure EAC was installed or running today attempting to play again It shows I am banned by AC. It went from being able to play --> playing for 3 minute sessions --> banned. Im so lost on what happened https://i.imgur.com/SHU4htD.png

i'm having the "connecting to server and synchronizing" issue

so i've put almost a 100hs into the game since release and never had any issues, but for a bit more than a month this message has been keeping me from joining any game, no one has had this issue since 2022 apparently and i dunno what to do anymore. I've tried everything there is to try, reinstalling both the game and EAC, changing the DNS, checking for virus and errors in the archives but nothing fixed it...

Game not recognizing any mic input

I am having a hard time figuring out why my mic does not get picked up ingame. It recognizes just fine in windows, through discord, OBS, everything. I see all my microphones as an option in the game settings, but when I try to test the mic it never plays anything back from the input. I've tried reinstalling, adjusting windows sound settings for compatibility, I'm at a dead end and would love some insight on this....

Arabic language formatting incorrect

I've recently tried out the arabic language pack and noticed the characters are written from left to right, however arabic is written from right to left hence we can see disjointed characters as provided in the image below (courtesy to user @SaYyIV) Apparently this unity asset can fix the problem: arabic-support-for-unity-2674 It would be really cool if this can be fixed in the next big update....

Fresh install of windows still can’t play battlebit

I was getting crashes to black screen forcing a reboot so I wiped windows and now with the fresh install I got the c++ redistributable is missing the download button did not work. I found it manually and now am getting make sure easy anti cheat if running. If you can help I would be ecstatic been troubleshooting for 10 hours just to play this game. Every other game seems to work so I don’t believe it to be hardware although I did recently get a different gpu.
