For example, your J1 can make you 200k, but your j2/j3 collectively makes 200k.
it might not be feasible to put all 3 jobs on mortgage application for DTI, but it may be good to have J1 only, but you can provide a very high down payment, and when it comes time to source where the down payment came from (assuming it mostly came from your Job paychecks), you send them the pay stubs....

How do you guys handle new Js or new managers in existing Js being too free with last-minute scheduling?
My J1 has been amazing for years, but its going through a huge shift. Now I notice that the new managers like to add meetings last minute (i.e. several hours after notification, the next day), or change meetings last minute (i.e. meeting was tuesday at X time, but 2 hours before the meeting, it gets changed to wednesday at Y time)
This frustrates me to no end. Regardless of OE, the whole benefit of WFH is flexibility. If I have an appointment I made, or need to balance my schedule against my family member's, or just planned on going for a walk at that time, this is hella frustrating....
