Leveing Channels (Whitelist) means that only nitro-chat is allowed as a leveling channel. You probably want it to be set as a blacklist.

You can adjust the Global Multiplier to a value lower than 1 (like 0.25) to make leveling more difficult

You can upload it to an image hosting site like imgur.com, copy the image url and then only send that image url as the message

Does the bot have permissions to manage roles and is above the roles it needs to manage in the role list?
