I don't wanna say yes or no here cause I'm not very sure on that part. I use a red magic and I also have colour inversion which I use rarely. I've never encountered any issues when it comes to maybe getting banned or so

Depends. If you're using a third party appliance then yeah you can be banned.

That's very normal recoil control. It's due to the fact metro decreases recoil on all weapons. Matter of a fact my recoil control is even better than that. But my guess is that they are noobs that just found a glitch to get outside the map because their aim is quite bad if they are actually hackers.
