Have ethernet 350mbps but network rtt makes game unplayable spikes to 1000 and flucuates 300-400

Can anyone help me, recently for about 2-3 hours a day my “network RTT + processing delays” spikes and peaks up to 90-100ms, i teleport and can’t even move or a equip a gun, the game becomes unplayable. This has been happening for 2 weeks. I have lost 400 RR to this. How do I resolve this issue? All the guides online don’t work
